What data we collect

FanvueBest is a public creator directory. The data we display about listed creators consists only of (a) publicly-disclosed information the creator markets to the public (handle, public profile URL, profile image published as og:image by the platform, public category/niche self-identification), or (b) information the creator has voluntarily submitted to us.

We do not store private personal data, real names, contact details, or financial information of listed creators.

Legal basis for processing

Under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in maintaining a directory of publicly-disclosed creator profiles for informational purposes — and Art. 6(1)(a) — explicit consent, where a creator has submitted themselves for listing.

Your rights (Art. 15-22 GDPR)

• Right of access: email [email protected] for a copy of data held about you
• Right to rectification: email with corrections, we update within 24 hours
• Right to erasure: email [email protected] — we remove the listing within 24 hours, no questions asked
• Right to object: you may object to processing at any time; we default to removal on objection

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. Analytics is privacy-first (Cloudflare Web Analytics, no personal identifiers).

Image sources

Profile images shown on creator cards are fetched from the platforms' publicly-exposed Open Graph (og:image) URLs, which are specifically designed by the platforms to be shared on third-party sites for link-preview and discovery purposes. Images are hot-linked from the platform CDNs; we do not store them. If an og:image is updated or removed by the platform, the change propagates automatically.
